In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Identification and Administration of High-tech Enterprises (Guoke Fa Huo [2016] No. 32), the Guidelines for the Identification and Management of High-tech Enterprises (Guoke Fa Huo [2016] No. 195), and the Implementation Measures for the Identification and Administration of High-tech Enterprises in Shanghai (Huke He [2016] No. 22), after review, the list of the fourth batch of enterprises to be recognized in Shanghai in 2021 (see annex) is hereby made public.
